These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and luxjili ("luxjili," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the luxjili website located at https://luxjili.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by luxjili, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the luxjili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of luxjili, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with luxjili or any other gaming operator.

luxjili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by luxjili may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Any person found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended. All deposits made by underage players will be returned, and any winnings accumulated during the period of underage play will be forfeited in full.

To access the full range of services offered by luxjili, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

1. One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the luxjili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. luxjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4. Account Updates: You must promptly notify luxjili of any changes to your personal information by updating your account profile or contacting our support team.
5. KYC Verification: luxjili may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

luxjili accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at luxjili's discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your luxjili account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. luxjili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• luxjili does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which luxjili bears no responsibility.
• All transactions on the luxjili Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).

luxjili reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made in error, or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Players may request withdrawals of their available real-money balance subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the luxjili account holder. luxjili does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on account tier and verification status.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take 1–3 business days.
• Before your first withdrawal, you must complete full KYC verification. luxjili reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
• Any active bonus balance must be fully wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.
• luxjili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

luxjili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. luxjili reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account without notice.
• Abuse: luxjili reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to suspend accounts, where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional offers.
• Modification: luxjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the luxjili Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

All games on the luxjili Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. luxjili does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the outcome of that round may be void and any wager placed may be returned to the player's account. luxjili's decision in such matters is final.

luxjili reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably determines to have been affected by a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault. Players will be notified of any such voiding and affected wagers will be refunded.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luxjili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime activity;
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the Platform or the experience of other players;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

luxjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your luxjili account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to the date of closure.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luxjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

luxjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your luxjili account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luxjili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude luxjili's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

luxjili collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

luxjili implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and luxjili cannot guarantee absolute data security.

luxjili will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms.

luxjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, luxjili will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and luxjili, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
